AI and Automation Manager at Alma

What you'll be doing

• You will champion the adoption of AI agents and automation workflows by partnering with internal teams to identify high-impact opportunities, remove obstacles, and run rapid experiments.
• You will act as both a coach and a guardian, encouraging creative experimentation while ensuring that all solutions adhere to our high standards for security, scalability, and operational impact.
• You will track key performance indicators to quantify the value of our automation efforts and provide actionable recommendations to leadership regarding our technology stack and future tool investments.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a senior professional who is comfortable working in a hands-on, transversal capacity. You should possess the following qualifications:

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Three to five years of experience in operations, process improvement, or AI and automation roles within a tech or scale-up environment.
• Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to influence others without formal authority and engage effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to balance the drive for innovation with necessary risk management.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies is considered a strong asset for this position.
