What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Agronomy Assistant to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in Lusaka, Zambia, with frequent travel across the country. - Developing high-quality agronomy training materials to empower our field teams and ensure they have the knowledge to support our customers effectively.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field. You must possess a deep understanding of diverse farming practices across Zambia and be comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets for daily operations. We value candidates who are excellent communicators in English, as well as Nyanja or Bemba. You should be a considerate listener who is eager to learn and capable of translating technical agronomic information into simple, actionable advice. A strong sense of customer care and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential for this position.
