What you bring

We are looking for a Lead Agile Scrum Master to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position where you will coordinate and execute the delivery of software solutions for the mortgage lending market. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure our releases are successful and timely. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating essential Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while managing project backlogs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to break down complex work into manageable stories and tasks to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules while proactively identifying risks and dependencies to keep deliverables on track.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in software delivery or project management within a technical environment. We value candidates who possess deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with additional experience in Waterfall and SAFe being a significant advantage. You must be proficient in using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday, or Smartsheet to manage team performance and track metrics. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will act as a key liaison between clients, leadership, and development teams. A background in mortgage originations or servicing is highly preferred, and holding a PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively mentor other team members.
