We are looking for a seasoned leader to guide our Agile Release Trains and help us scale our delivery capabilities. Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in the United States. You will be responsible for managing Agile Release Trains and acting as a Scrum Master for one to two teams. Please note that this role requires a security clearance and the ability to travel up to 30 percent of the time.
Your impact
- Champion Agile and Scrum practices across the organization to drive high-performance outcomes.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and manage team impediments to ensure smooth, efficient delivery.
- Mentor teams and stakeholders to build a culture of trust, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- A valid security clearance is mandatory for this role.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with relevant certifications from the Scrum Alliance or SAFe.
- Deep expertise in Agile principles, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and facilitation.
- Proven experience working in software development environments that utilize continuous integration, automated testing, and pairing.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to influence stakeholders through collaboration.
- Experience with multiple Agile delivery frameworks and common Agile management tools.
