What is this role?

We are looking for a mid-level Agile Project Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this position, you will be based in India and will work in a hybrid environment. You will play a vital role in coordinating and driving the delivery of software solutions that empower lenders and servicers to provide a better experience for their customers.

What will you do?

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to keep our development teams aligned and moving forward.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, establish clear deliverables, and break down complex work into manageable tasks and user stories.
• Monitor project health by tracking metrics, managing team capacity, and proactively identifying dependencies or risks to ensure we hit our release targets on time.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone who brings 3 to 5 years of experience in Agile project management. You should be comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and managing multiple releases simultaneously. To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with additional experience in Waterfall or SAFe being a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jira, including the ability to build dashboards and track performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present concise information to everyone from technical team members to executive leadership.
• A solid understanding of requirements management and the ability to act as a bridge between our clients and our development teams.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Having a PMP or Scrum Master certification, or domain knowledge in mortgage originations and servicing, is considered a major plus.
