We are looking for a dedicated Agile Project Management II professional to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in India. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive the timely delivery of software projects by facilitating key Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to define project requirements, break down work into manageable tasks, and ensure the product backlog is refined and prioritized.
- Monitor project health by managing team capacity, tracking performance metrics, and proactively addressing risks or dependencies to ensure releases stay on schedule.
Requirements
- Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project management role.
- Strong proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with experience in Waterfall or SAFe considered a significant advantage.
- Technical fluency with project management platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jira, including the ability to build dashboards and track critical performance metrics.
- A solid understanding of release delivery principles, requirements management, and milestone tracking.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are considered a plus.
- Prior domain knowledge regarding mortgage originations or servicing is highly valued.
