Join Theodo as an Agile Full-Stack Engineer and start your journey toward becoming an Architect or CTO. Since our founding in 2009, we have grown to nearly 600 people across three continents, and our London office is expanding rapidly to reach over 100 team members by the end of 2024.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a variety of web and mobile applications, including e-commerce platforms, data visualization tools, CRMs, and innovative startup projects.
- Work within small, self-organized teams of two to five people, supported by dedicated agile and technical coaches.
- Engage directly with client decision-makers, such as CEOs and founders, starting from your first day.
- Participate in hands-on training that prepares you to lead your own project independently by your third week.
- Take on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress in your career and mentor others.
Must-haves
- A strong passion for mastering cutting-edge full-stack web and mobile technologies.
- A drive to solve complex business problems through technical innovation.
- An eagerness to learn and implement agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- The desire to grow into a technical leader and coach early in your career.
- Fluency in English.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
