The opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Agile Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role is designed for someone who wants to master cutting-edge web and mobile technologies while building a clear path toward becoming an Architect or a CTO. You will be at the heart of our operations, working in a fast-moving environment where you will take on real responsibility early on. We focus on a coaching-led approach, ensuring you have the support needed to reach your career goals while delivering high-impact solutions for our clients.

A day in the life

• You will develop a wide variety of web and mobile applications, ranging from innovative start-up platforms and e-commerce sites to complex CRM and ERP systems.
• You will collaborate within a self-organized team of two to five people, receiving dedicated guidance from both an agile coach and a technical coach.
• You will interact directly with client decision-makers, including CEOs and founders, to solve concrete business challenges through hands-on technical work.
