Key outcomes

• Act as a dedicated Agile Facilitator for multiple development teams to cultivate collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Guide teams through Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled methodologies like Nexus.
• Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment.
• Identify and resolve impediments that hinder productivity to keep development cycles moving smoothly.
• Monitor and analyze delivery metrics like velocity and cycle time to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Mentor team members to increase Agile maturity and promote sustainable, high-performance work habits.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and engineering managers to align team output with broader organizational objectives.
• Refine internal workflows to ensure they remain scalable and efficient as our operations grow.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an Agile role, specifically within a Scrum environment.
• Approximately two to four years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Agile management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, or SAFe.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a natural aptitude for facilitation.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Practical experience with story decomposition or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to assist with backlog refinement and testing workflows.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is 90,000 USD to 100,000 USD. We believe in providing a total rewards package that includes fair pay and comprehensive benefits. Our team members enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
