About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will be embedded within a product pillar team, where you will ensure the successful delivery of software that aligns with our iteration goals and key business objectives. You will report directly to the Head of Product Delivery and act as a key partner to our product managers, helping to unblock issues, drive team performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and adapt agile frameworks to suit the specific needs of your team, ensuring that all ceremonies like standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives are effective and engaging.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain momentum, while proactively managing technical debt and prioritizing bugs to keep our delivery plans on track.
• Communicate project status and team health to leadership and stakeholders, while acting as a bridge between technical teams and the wider business to ensure clear alignment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a coaching mindset and a proven track record of delivering robust applications. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Significant experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar delivery-focused role.
• Deep knowledge of lean and agile principles, with the ability to apply various methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in issue tracking tools such as Jira.
• A solid understanding of software development concepts and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.

Location

This position is open to candidates anywhere, provided you are able to travel to our London or Nottingham campuses on occasion for team meetups.
