What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. In this position, you will act as a servant leader, guiding our teams to embrace agile principles while focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes. You will play a vital role in shaping our delivery culture and ensuring our engineering efforts remain aligned with our broader business goals.
What will you do?
- Lead the delivery of complex projects by managing dependencies, balancing priorities, and removing obstacles that might otherwise hinder our progress.
- Empower and coach our teams to take ownership of their processes, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of goals, risks, and project outcomes across the entire organization.

- A solid understanding of agile metrics, such as flow efficiency and cycle time, as well as experience with DORA metrics to drive engineering performance.
- Ideally, you will have hands-on experience with modern software engineering, DevOps practices, and the full software development life cycle.
- Fluency in English is required to ensure seamless collaboration within our teams.
