The role
We are seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to join our Product and Engineering department on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, open to candidates anywhere in the UK, with the requirement to travel to our London or Nottingham campus for team meetups as needed. You will report to the Head of Product Delivery and play a critical role in ensuring our teams deliver high-quality software that aligns with our broader business objectives.
Core responsibilities
- Own and adapt agile frameworks to suit the specific needs of your team, ensuring that all ceremonies are facilitated effectively to maintain momentum.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team by managing backlogs, prioritizing business value, and resolving blockers to keep delivery on track.
- Champion lean and agile best practices while identifying process inefficiencies to continuously improve the way we build and ship software.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a coaching mindset and a strong track record of delivering robust applications. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of lean and agile methodologies, ideally with experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Delivery Manager.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with issue tracking tools, specifically Jira.
- A solid understanding of software development concepts and a passion for continuous improvement.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being:
- Flexible working arrangements, including the choice to work from home or our campuses.
- Generous paid time off, including 25 days of holiday plus flexible bank holidays.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- A 401k retirement plan to help you plan for the future.
- Dedicated support for professional development and career growth.
