We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Urbint, we leverage artificial intelligence and cutting-edge industry science to pinpoint threats to infrastructure and workers, helping energy and utility companies prevent safety incidents before they occur. Our mission is to protect communities, assets, and the environment, and we are proud to be a trusted partner to many of the largest energy providers in North America. In this role, you will be instrumental in mentoring our Scrum teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring we deliver high-quality software through effective collaboration and agile excellence.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach Scrum teams, including Scrum Masters and Product Managers, to refine their agile practices, ceremonies, and roles while ensuring retrospectives lead to meaningful, actionable change.
- Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions for leadership, stakeholders, and team members to promote industry best practices and organizational alignment.
- Drive organization-wide process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, implementing lean frameworks, and supporting teams as they navigate complex changes in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Current certification as an Agile Coach, such as ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, or CTC.
- Demonstrated success in scaling agile practices and coaching multiple teams simultaneously.
- Deep expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, paired with a solid understanding of modern software engineering practices.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to act as a systems thinker who can solve complex problems at their root.
