About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, guiding our teams through complex software development projects while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing Agile delivery, mentoring our Scrum Masters, and driving the implementation of PI Planning and SAFe practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate team success by championing Agile processes and helping teams produce high-quality Agile artifacts.
• Provide mentorship to a group of Scrum Masters and offer daily guidance to teams to ensure they embrace the spirit and practice of Agile methodologies.
• Manage complex software projects by monitoring Jira metrics, reporting on resource allocation, and facilitating dependency management across multiple business units.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for organizational transformation. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of total IT experience in software development, product management, or business analysis.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Scrum and Kanban in highly technical environments.
• At least 3 years of experience managing mid to large-scale enterprise software projects.
• Proven experience in scaling Agile practices using SAFe and driving PI Planning across teams.
• Current certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or SSM).
• Deep expertise in coaching teams on core Agile practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and performance metrics.
