What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach for a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States. In this position, you will serve as a key change agent, guiding executives, product owners, and development teams as they adopt Agile, Product-focus, and DevSecOps methodologies. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of critical IT missions.

• Oversee Agile transformations at both the team and program levels to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale strategic system initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and provide hands-on mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to help them master Agile and Lean principles.
• Develop and execute Agile training strategies for government stakeholders and contractors to align on agency processes, tools, and policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of practical experience in Agile environments, including a deep understanding of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. You must be comfortable working as an organizational change agent who can remove barriers and help teams customize their path to agility. We look for candidates who are familiar with DevSecOps tools and techniques, such as containerization and zero-trust security models. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple projects under pressure, and excellent communication in English are essential. While not required, a master’s degree in an IT-related field and professional certifications such as SPC, CST, or ICE-AC are highly valued.
