Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position within our Project Management department. You will work in a hybrid capacity, supporting large-scale system development initiatives for our government clients. We are looking for someone who can guide executives, product owners, and Scrum Masters through meaningful organizational change.
Your impact
- Lead the Agile transformation across multiple teams and programs to ensure the successful delivery of strategic system initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and provide hands-on mentoring to help teams master Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, and effective product ownership.
- Develop and execute an Agile strategy that includes training stakeholders, refining processes, and evolving our Agile Maturity Assessment model.
What you'll need
You should be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Agile scaling and organizational change. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- At least 5 years of practical Agile experience.
- Strong expertise in SAFe, including launching Agile Release Trains and building Continuous Delivery Pipelines.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and techniques, such as containerization, GitHub, and zero-trust environments.
- The ability to communicate fluently in English while working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A history of acting as a hands-on change agent who can customize approaches to fit unique organizational needs.
