About the Role
We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will serve as a leader for our cross-functional and cross-regional teams, guiding them toward success by implementing agile and scrum frameworks. Your goal is to ensure high-quality product delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will act as a facilitator who removes roadblocks and maintains the flexibility needed to respond to an ever-changing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the agile transformation across our cross-functional and cross-regional teams while defining and maintaining strong agile standards.
- Facilitate productive Scrum events, coach the team in Scrum adoption, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure value delivery.
- Promote transparency in project tracking using tools like Jira and utilize performance metrics, such as burn-down or burn-up charts, to systematically measure and improve team output.
Requirements
- A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience within the IT industry.
- At least 6 years of experience in Project Management, including specific experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven expertise in agile development using Scrum and familiarity with project delivery tools such as Jira.
- Professional certifications in Scrum, such as CSM or CSPO.
- A history of working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, often across different regions.
- Excellent communication skills and a self-driven attitude toward problem-solving.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese, as this role requires regular collaboration with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Location
This position is based on-site in Singapore. Please note that we are currently prioritizing applicants who possess a current right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship.
