The role
We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our Project Management Department on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in either Cyprus or Greece. You will act as a catalyst for change, providing the mentorship and facilitation necessary to elevate our agile maturity and help our teams navigate complex delivery challenges.
Core responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to delivery teams, helping them adopt and sustain agile practices within their unique environments.
- Design and implement change management plans that identify potential risks and foster new, productive behaviors across the organization.
- Lead the use of agile metrics to maintain transparency and ensure our efforts remain focused on delivering measurable customer outcomes and business impact.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in both technical and business domains. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale agile environments, including 3 years of dedicated Agile Coaching experience.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, along with familiarity with scaled agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
- A recognized agile coaching certification, such as A-CSM, PSM II, or CSP-SM, is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with senior technical leaders and business partners.
- Fluency in English.
