Agile Coach - Cyprus or Athens
The Role:  
We are looking for high-caliber and experienced Agile Coach to join our Project Management Department. 
The Agile Coach guides teams through lean-agile transformation, helping improve agile maturity, delivery practices, and execution effectiveness. The role involves coaching, facilitation, and mentorship to foster agile ways of working, resolve delivery challenges, and support alignment with team and business goals. 

The main responsibilities of the position include:
  • Serve as an advisor, coaching delivery teams on adopting agility within their environment
  • Develop and execute delivery change management plans, identifying potential resistance and designing strategies to mitigate risks
  • Offer education, mentorship, and guidance to development teams and business partners by introducing best practices
  • Apply a broad range of proven patterns and techniques to address gaps in Agile practices, helping the organization realize the benefits of agility through innovative operating models that enhance responsiveness
  • Lead the organization’s use of comprehensive Agile metrics, focusing beyond delivery to customer outcomes and business impact, maintaining transparency through dashboards and team tools
  • Develop and deliver training content on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other practices tailored for both beginners and advanced practitioners
  • Collaborate with the development teams and delivery leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, guiding them towards higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace
  • Lead change initiatives for processes and people by communicating the vision, creating clarity, celebrating progress, and establishing new behaviours
  • Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to teams and Scrum practitioners, supporting leadership as they evolve to a modern operating model
  • The role is considered successful when Agile practices are fully adopted and consistently applied across all teams


    • Main Requirements:
  • BSc/MSc in Engineering, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience; within a large-scale Agile environment
  • 3+ years of pure Agile Coaching experience; ideally spent in roles of sufficient duration to drive meaningful change
  • Deep technical and business knowledge across multiple domains and processes
  • A recognized Agile Coaching certification or equivalent training is preferable, as it demonstrates formal knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks, and coaching practices (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II, CSP-SM)
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence tools
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with senior technical leaders and key business partners
  • The ability to identify process deficiencies and suggest improvements based on knowledge and experience
  • Strong delivery change management skills
  • A hands-on, professional, detail-oriented approach that strives for excellence
  • Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and management
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to stay motivated and work effectively under pressure
