We are looking for an Agency Partnership Account Manager to join our team and help expand our presence in Singapore. INFUSE specializes in driving demand-led growth for enterprise clients, and in this role, you will be the primary lead responsible for nurturing our agency partnerships to ensure long-term success and mutual growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for our agency partners in Singapore.
- Manage the full RFP process to ensure we deliver timely and compelling responses.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships through regular meetings and consistent check-ins.
- Monitor market dynamics and agency shifts to identify new business opportunities.
- Focus on client retention and securing renewals for all agency-linked accounts.
- Work alongside the Account Director to manage renewal pipelines and escalate key opportunities.
- Coordinate with our GTM Strategist to host workshops and share research with our partners.
Must-haves
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in account leadership, agency management, or B2B demand generation.
- Deep familiarity with the Singapore market and local agency culture.
- Proven ability to manage complex RFP cycles and drive successful renewals.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to navigate service-based partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to building professional relationships.
- Fluency in English.
