The opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Agency Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this senior role, you will act as the face of Doma within your territory, specifically in Georgia. Your primary focus will be to expand our network of independent title agents and nurture the relationships we have already built. You will be instrumental in promoting our underwriting services and ensuring that our brand presence remains strong as we continue to innovate in the title insurance space.
A day in the life
- You will take full ownership of your sales pipeline, developing new business opportunities and executing strategic plans to bring new agent applications into the Doma network.
- You will actively prospect for new leads using a mix of networking, email marketing, cold calling, and engaging face-to-face presentations.
- You will regularly visit the offices of current and prospective agents to assess their needs, track their progress, and ensure our CRM records are kept accurate and up to date.
Who you are
You are a natural hunter with a drive to succeed and a talent for building lasting professional connections. You possess excellent communication skills and the initiative to manage your own territory effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 4 years of meaningful experience in an outside sales role, ideally within the title insurance or B2B sectors.
- A proven ability to build strong relationships that lead to closed sales.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as you will be traveling to meet with agents at least weekly.
- Fluency in English.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $53,000 to $95,000 USD, and this role is also eligible for commissions.
