About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Relationship Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role focused on nurturing and expanding long-term partnerships with our key affiliates and channel partners worldwide. Rather than focusing on cold acquisition, you will serve as a dedicated partner manager who prioritizes relationship stability, revenue growth, and proactive risk management within the crypto affiliate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our current affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
• Drive performance improvements by monitoring user acquisition, trading volume, and revenue contributions while identifying new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Product, Risk, and Compliance to execute joint campaigns and ensure all partnership activities align with our operational standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the financial and cryptocurrency sectors, specifically regarding affiliate ecosystems and rebate mechanisms. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in affiliate marketing, key account management, or B2B partnership roles within the crypto, FX, or CFD industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to ROI, trading behavior, and partner performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional approach to handling sensitive situations and a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate risks like non-compliant traffic or fraudulent trading activities.
