With over 32,000 tutors having delivered more than 15 million lessons to students in 175 countries, we are looking for a Senior Affiliate & Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Spain on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in growing our network by identifying and managing high-quality partners who share our passion for learning.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand our network by identifying and recruiting high-quality affiliates, publishers, and agencies within the education sector.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing performance optimization and relationship management.
- Develop data-driven reporting frameworks and commission models to track performance, maximize return on investment, and ensure consistent growth in gross merchandise value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing or partner acquisition, ideally within a high-growth marketplace environment.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and managing partnerships through digital outreach and meetings.
- Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact, Awin, or PartnerStack.
- Strong commercial acumen, including a deep understanding of revenue share models and subscription-based businesses.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, paired with a results-oriented, analytical mindset.
- Fluency in English.
