Affiliate & Partnerships Manager at Numan

We are currently seeking a Senior Affiliate & Partnerships Manager for a full-time, hybrid position to help us scale our impact and drive growth across our most dynamic marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute our affiliate and partnership strategy, ensuring all efforts align with our broader business objectives and growth goals.
• Manage and optimize the affiliate budget to maximize return on investment while scaling existing campaigns for better efficiency.
• Identify, recruit, and foster a robust pipeline of high-performing affiliates and brand partners while leading negotiations on terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in partnerships or affiliate marketing, particularly within the direct-to-consumer space. You should possess a sharp commercial mindset and a proven ability to manage seven-figure budgets. Key qualifications include:

• Significant experience in building and managing partner pipelines, including lead outreach, complex negotiations, and onboarding.
• Strong proficiency with affiliate networks like Partnerize, Impact, or Awin, as well as analytics tools such as Looker.
• A deep understanding of the UK affiliate landscape and experience developing full-funnel co-branded campaigns.
• The ability to design financial models that evaluate deal profitability and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to solving technical tracking issues.
• An interest in leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing performance and innovation.
