What you'll be doing
- You will expand our affiliate network by performing cold outreach to influencers, YouTubers, and various media partners.
- You will manage key accounts by maintaining regular contact with affiliates, analyzing their performance data, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance their results.
- You will create and execute promotional campaigns focused on return on investment, while building internal reports to optimize the performance of the affiliate channel.

- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different time zones.
- A genuine interest in blockchain technology, Web3, and the Binance ecosystem.
- Previous experience in business development or marketing is considered a significant advantage.
- The ability to commit to a full-time schedule.
