About the team

The Growth Marketing team at VEED is a cross-functional team with focus on Revenue Growth. We are a young, ambitious team driven by creativity, innovation, and a passion for growth. Our team champions acquisition at different moments of the user journey –from awareness to conversion. You will work closely with other marketing teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders to drive massive impact for VEED.

About the role

You’ll join as an Affiliate Marketing & Referrals Specialist for VEED within the Growth team, with focus on managing our programs. 

Your core mission will be to own Affiliates (coupon sites, content partners and some influencers), as well as our Referral program (user base sharing their personal link), to drive incremental revenue to the company. 

This role will manage campaigns across three business units: Core, Mobile (to drive app installs campaigns) and Enterprise, managing different stakeholders while ensuring positive ROI. 

We’re looking for someone who can strategically contribute to our Paid Acquisition strategy, can work in an autonomous environment, and has a proven hands-on experience managing relevant campaigns and channels. 

What you will do

  • Manage and grow VEED’s affiliate marketing program across content, loyalty, influencer, and technology partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliate partners and networks.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap to scale high-performing partners and explore new affiliate opportunities for incremental growth.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and partner-level incrementality testing to inform investment decisions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of affiliate and referral campaigns, including offer approvals, creative asset management, tracking QA, and partner communication.
  • Manage the Affiliates budget and allocate resources to achieve short- and long-term goals, optimizing for sustainable growth and ROI
  • Collaborate with the Design and Video teams to plan ads that attract and convert our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and consistent messaging.
  • Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue contribution, click-through rates, and viewability to inform optimization decisions.
  • Partner with Analytics and Finance to validate performance, set forecasts, and support monthly reporting needs.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow compliance and brand guidelines.

About you

  • 5+ years in Paid Marketing, with a strong track of campaign ownership and proven results (revenue focused campaigns).
  • Ownership mindset, proactively leading initiatives, take accountability for outcomes, and inspire team members to consistently deliver exceptional results
  • Builds and maintains strategic relationships, both internally and externally, that enhance collaboration and amplify campaign success.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to dive into the data to report on results, develop new ideas, and constantly iterate and improve programs with a data-driven approach
  • Creative thinker showcasing expertise in driving innovative strategies that stand out, while seamlessly integrating content to amplify results
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to get things done
  • Self starter with ability to manage ambiguity effectively 
  • Strong communicator with the ability to speak confidently on both strategy, tactics, and results
  • Bonus, though not required: Experience managing affiliates marketing and referral campaigns, B2B SaaS experience

Location Requirement: At VEED, we are remote, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. However, this position is open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines. Applicants must reside in the Philippines to be considered for this role.

Country Hiring Guidelines: We are currently hiring in 3 core hubs: London, Amsterdam and Barcelona and 2 additional hubs for sales and support roles only (USA for sales and the Philippines for support).
