We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing & Referrals Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At VEED, our mission is to make video creation accessible to everyone by providing a single, intuitive tool that eliminates the need for complex equipment or steep learning curves. Since our inception, we have grown from a small team to a global organization of over 180 people, backed by Sequoia and serving millions of users. We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual based in the Philippines to help us scale our revenue through strategic affiliate and referral initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our affiliate and referral programs, managing relationships with coupon sites, content partners, and influencers to drive incremental revenue across our core, mobile, and enterprise business units.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for growth, which includes conducting competitive benchmarking, performing incrementality testing, and optimizing campaign performance to ensure a positive return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with our design, video, analytics, and finance teams to manage campaign assets, monitor key performance indicators, and refine our acquisition strategy through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in paid marketing, with a proven track record of managing revenue-focused campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- A strong ownership mindset and the ability to work autonomously, proactively leading initiatives and taking accountability for outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategy and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- While not required, previous experience managing affiliate or referral campaigns, particularly within a B2B SaaS environment, is considered a significant advantage.
- You must be based in the Philippines to be considered for this role.
