We are currently seeking a Junior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us scale our partnerships and global reach.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage new affiliate partners to promote our financial product suite.
- Monitor and analyze traffic data and performance metrics to ensure our campaigns are effective.
- Develop and refine our affiliate marketing strategy to optimize program performance and growth.
- Educate our partners on our product features, competitive advantages, and the value we provide to consumers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience specifically within affiliate marketing.
- A solid understanding of web analytics and data-driven marketing basics.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a high level of personal initiative.
- An intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Spanish is considered a significant advantage.
