What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in the Netherlands and operates under a hybrid work model. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for scaling our affiliate channel and managing high-value partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking full ownership of the affiliate channel to drive performance and growth.
- Conducting business negotiations with webmasters, CPA networks, and affiliates to establish commercial terms.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to optimize traffic quality and maximize return on investment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of professional experience in affiliate, partnership, or performance management. You should have a deep understanding of marketing models like CPA, CPL, and RevShare, along with a proven ability to analyze data to drive profitability. We value candidates who are proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple relationships simultaneously. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German or Italian is considered a significant advantage. You should be comfortable handling performance reporting and reconciliations while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with our network.
