What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will take ownership of our global affiliate program, focusing on scaling our network of creators, publishers, and bloggers. This is a hands-on position within our Partner Marketing team, designed for a professional with 5 to 7 years of experience who understands the mechanics of performance marketing and enjoys building relationships that drive real business impact.
What will you do?
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and activation of high-potential partners to grow our affiliate network.
- Develop and launch targeted campaigns while analyzing performance data to optimize return on investment and inform future budget strategies.
- Collaborate across internal departments, including content, product marketing, and finance, to create co-marketing materials and ensure accurate partner attribution.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. We are looking for someone who has proven experience scaling B2B or SaaS affiliate programs and is comfortable working with platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, or ShareASale. You should be an excellent communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally, and you should possess a creative approach that prioritizes testing and iteration. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is considered a significant plus.
