What you'll be doing
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that directly supports our customer acquisition and retention goals.
- You will manage the full lifecycle of our affiliate partnerships within the Impact Radius platform, from identifying and onboarding new partners to optimizing campaign performance.
- You will collaborate across our internal teams, including Growth, Brand, and Product, to ensure our affiliate efforts align with our broader marketing vision and brand messaging.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a senior-level professional who is fluent in English and ready to make an impact. You should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, specifically within high-growth, direct-to-consumer environments.
- Proven expertise in using Impact Radius for tracking, reporting, and managing affiliate campaigns.
- A strong, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable growth strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills that allow you to foster long-term success with partners and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
What you'll get
