The role
We are looking for a Lead Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for shaping our acquisition strategy by leading our affiliate efforts, fostering high-value partnerships, and driving significant revenue growth through a high-performing network.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with our broader business goals to accelerate growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both new and existing top-tier affiliates to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize performance data and key metrics to analyze, report on, and optimize the affiliate channel for continuous improvement.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and affiliate management. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Extensive professional experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Advanced expertise in performance analysis, data visualization, and the use of tracking platforms to turn metrics into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team.
- A strategic mindset that balances high-level planning with the ability to manage daily operations effectively.
- Fluency in English.
