Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Spain, where you will play a pivotal part in scaling our affiliate channels. If you have a proven track record in performance marketing and a drive to build lasting partnerships, we want to hear from you.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of the affiliate channel by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, webmasters, and CPA networks across our key markets.
- Lead business negotiations to establish commercial terms and traffic models, while managing existing relationships to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- Analyze performance data to monitor key metrics like CPA, CAC, and ROI, ensuring that every effort is optimized for profitability and sustainable growth.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of professional experience in affiliate, partnership, or performance management.
- A deep understanding of various marketing models, including CPA, CPL, and RevShare.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a proactive mindset that thrives in an independent, results-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our international team.
