About the Role
We are searching for a strategic and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of our affiliate program, driving its growth and evolution into a primary acquisition channel. You will be responsible for setting the strategy, managing partner relationships, and mentoring a high-performing specialist to ensure we reach our ambitious revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap to scale our affiliate program into a top-tier acquisition engine.
- Identify and test new affiliate verticals, including influencers, B2B SaaS communities, and media publishers, to expand our reach.
- Utilize data and tools like PartnerStack to optimize partner performance, track key metrics, and refine our overall strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in performance marketing, affiliate management, or partner programs.
- A proven track record of growing affiliate channels and delivering measurable revenue impact.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience managing direct reports and a desire to coach team members.
- Prior experience with PRM tools, with a preference for candidates familiar with PartnerStack.
- The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Must be a resident of the United States.
