The opportunity

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is a vital role for an early-stage startup, as you will be the primary engine behind establishing and nurturing the partnerships that drive our growth. You will have the autonomy to shape our affiliate strategy, negotiate meaningful deals, and ensure that our program remains a key contributor to our overall success. A day in the life

• You will proactively identify and connect with potential partners who share our commitment to quality and align with our target audience.
• You will manage the daily health of our affiliate program, which includes tracking performance metrics and using data to optimize our outreach efforts.
• You will cultivate long-term relationships with both large strategic partners and smaller affiliates to continuously expand our network and increase revenue.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is eager to grow and brings a mix of creativity and analytical rigor to their work. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and possess the following qualifications:

• You have at least one year of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS space.
• You hold a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• You are a strong communicator in English, capable of handling both verbal and written negotiations with ease.
• You have a data-driven mindset and a proven ability to use insights to scale programs effectively.
