We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Affiliate Manager to launch and lead the affiliate program at MyHeritage. As the leading global platform for family history, we help millions of people uncover their past through DNA testing, historical records, and AI-powered tools, and you will play a key role in scaling our growth initiatives in this full-time, hybrid position based in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that supports our core business goals.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with new partners to drive customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with our internal marketing, BI, legal, finance, and product teams to ensure the program scales effectively.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing assets to maintain brand standards.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, to optimize for growth.
- Handle the commission payment process to ensure accuracy and transparency for our partners.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the eCommerce or B2C sectors.
- A proven track record of building and scaling successful affiliate programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, analytics tools, and various affiliate marketing platforms.
- The ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
