Our journey began in the world of motorsports and powersports, and today our Active Hydration systems are trusted by elite professional racing teams, including NASCAR and IndyCar. We are currently looking for an Affiliate & Community Marketing Manager to join our team in the United States. If you are passionate about building authentic connections and driving brand growth, we would love to have you help us expand our reach and foster a vibrant community around our products.

What you'll be doing

You will lead the development of our affiliate program by identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partnerships to drive traffic and revenue.
You will cultivate a thriving community of users by creating engaging content, managing a brand ambassador program, and organizing health and wellness events.
You will analyze performance data to optimize marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to our management and product teams to ensure we continue to meet our community's needs.

What you'll bring

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in community management, event planning, or marketing, ideally within the consumer tech, wearable, or fitness industries.
Proven expertise in building and growing both online and offline communities.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms and content creation, including experience with tools like Discord, Slack, and various social channels.
A track record of success in a fast-paced startup environment where you can manage multiple projects and collaborate across different teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
