The role
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Business Development professional to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for driving our affiliate growth strategies and managing high-impact partnerships within the cryptocurrency space.
Core responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners while actively acquiring new partners to scale our affiliate program.
- Manage the entire affiliate budget, including the oversight of commission structures and overall spend to maximize performance.
- Analyze campaign activity and performance data to ensure our affiliates consistently deliver the best possible return on investment.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in business development management, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and high emotional intelligence.
- A deep understanding of cryptocurrency trends, terminology, and the broader crypto culture.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- The ability to thrive in a startup-style environment, with the flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary to engage with global communities and key opinion leaders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-moving environment.
