WOO X is a rapidly expanding global crypto spot and futures trading platform, serving hundreds of thousands of traders with a daily volume exceeding 1.5 billion USD. As a challenger in the centralized exchange market, we prioritize transparency through our industry-first real-time proof of reserves dashboard. We are looking for a senior Affiliate BD Manager to join our agile team of 100 global experts and lead our expansion across the APAC and Korean markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new affiliates, brokers, and partners within the cryptocurrency ecosystem through strategic negotiation.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates to ensure high satisfaction and optimized performance.
- Develop and execute customized rebate and commission strategies designed to attract top-tier partners.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to provide partners with the necessary resources and tools for success.
Must-haves
- Proven professional experience in business development, specifically focused on affiliate marketing or rebate programs within crypto exchanges.
- Exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Native-level proficiency in Korean and the ability to communicate effectively in English for internal operations.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and global work environment.
- Existing networks or client resources within the Korean crypto affiliate and KOL space are highly valued.
