Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Aerospace Test Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role based in the United States where you will lead the analysis and testing of our autonomous flight platforms. You will work across the entire lifecycle of our aircraft, from benchtop and ground testing to real-world flight operations.

Your impact

• Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive flight test programs, covering everything from component-level checks to full-scale flight operations.
• Instrument our aircraft with advanced sensors and telemetry systems to ensure data integrity and validate performance against design requirements.
• Analyze post-flight data to generate actionable insights, providing direct feedback to our design, controls, and avionics engineering teams.

What you'll need

• A degree in Aerospace Engineering, Controls, or a related field, paired with at least 7 years of experience in aerospace and flight test engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with fixed-wing autonomous aircraft systems.
• Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Python for data analysis.
• A solid understanding of flight test regulations, safety protocols, and UAS operational requirements.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
