About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Aerospace Program Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This mid-level position is perfect for a professional who is passionate about engineering and wants to play a pivotal role in managing projects that push the boundaries of technology. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our technical goals are met with precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple projects of low to medium complexity, with a specialized focus on engine combustion systems.
- Monitor and control all aspects of project performance, including schedules, costs, deliverables, and risk management, to ensure we exceed customer expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project status updates, representing our progress to both our internal leadership and our valued clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities. We require the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or program management, specifically related to engine combustion systems.
- Two to five years of experience in project or program coordination, ideally within the powertrain or combustion systems industry.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to utilize analysis tools effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of the product life cycle.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, and a Green Belt certification is considered a significant plus.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
