Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead multiple projects of low to medium complexity and risk, specializing in engine combustion systems.
- Manage scope changes within the project effectively.
- Support continuous improvement in the product development process, particularly in engine combustion technologies.
- Represent project status to customers and Client leadership.
- Work with project launch teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor and control schedules, costs, deliverables, risk management, and scope to meet stakeholder and customer expectations.
- Apply the Client Product Life Cycle process to support product development in engine combustion systems.
Qualifications:
- Citizens or GC holders can apply
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required, preferably in program management or a technical field related to engine combustion systems.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a program or project coordination role, ideally in combustion systems, powertrain, or related industries.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Basic understanding of the product life cycle, particularly in combustion system development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to moderate projects and drive technical decisions.
- Ability to present technical and strategic issues to management.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in analysis tools.
- Capability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
