Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Advisor for our Internal Communications and Employee Experience team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Canada. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between remote work and our stimulating Montreal Studio, where you will have access to your own dedicated workspace.
Your impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans while creating engaging written and visual content.
- Lead large-scale initiatives, including the optimization of our digital employee experience and the modernization of our SharePoint intranet.
- Collaborate on key organizational projects such as our employee recognition programs and annual staff meetings.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a versatile communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to work in an advisory capacity with strong project management skills.
- Technical familiarity with intranet platforms, specifically SharePoint.
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- A high degree of autonomy, analytical thinking, and a collaborative spirit.
