Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Advisor for our Internal Communications and Employee Experience team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Canada. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between remote work and our stimulating Montreal Studio, where you will have access to your own dedicated workspace.

Your impact

Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans while creating engaging written and visual content.
Lead large-scale initiatives, including the optimization of our digital employee experience and the modernization of our SharePoint intranet.
Collaborate on key organizational projects such as our employee recognition programs and annual staff meetings.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a versatile communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven ability to work in an advisory capacity with strong project management skills.
Technical familiarity with intranet platforms, specifically SharePoint.
Bilingualism in English and French.
A high degree of autonomy, analytical thinking, and a collaborative spirit.
