Role at a glance

This is a full-time, junior-level Advertising Coordinator position based on-site in Bridgehampton. You will be an integral part of our marketing department, working closely with our creative teams to bring our brand vision to life.

Your impact

You will assist our advertising team in executing brand initiatives and ensuring our marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.
You will act as a project manager, coordinating with our design team to deliver high-quality assets including photography, video, social media content, and copywriting.
You will analyze campaign performance and track success metrics to provide data-driven insights that guide our future marketing strategies.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of projects. You should be a strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for real estate or luxury brand marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing is essential, and experience with InDesign or Photoshop is a significant plus. You should be highly organized, capable of managing your time effectively, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Perks and compensation
