Collectors is the industry leader in providing authentication and grading services for a wide range of collectibles, including trading cards, coins, and memorabilia. We are looking for an Advertising & Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and help us expand our reach by managing advertising sales and scaling our affiliate programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to monetize our advertising surfaces, such as our magazine and email newsletters.
- Identify, pitch, and close advertising contracts with brands that offer value to our customer base.
- Negotiate contract terms to maximize revenue while maintaining high standards for our audience.
- Manage ad inventory across digital and print channels while coordinating with internal creative and marketing teams.
- Track and report on ad sales performance, including revenue forecasting.
- Recruit and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners and influencers to drive new customer acquisition.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and provide optimization recommendations to improve their conversion performance.
- Analyze affiliate data to manage program budgets and report on key performance metrics.
Must-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in growth marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing programs and generating revenue.
- Strong background in selling advertising space, including prospecting, pitching, and contract negotiation.
- Experience managing large-scale affiliate programs and optimizing performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with finance and marketing analytics teams.
- A genuine interest in the collectibles industry.
- Fluency in English.
