Role at a glance
We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Lead to join our Strategy & Insights group. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. We are looking for an experienced professional to own our case-level forecasting models and drive high-level planning for our operations, finance, and legal teams.
Your impact
- Develop and maintain complex, driver-based forecasting models that project case progression, attorney headcount requirements, and revenue scenarios.
- Translate data insights into actionable staffing plans and financial outlooks, ensuring our leadership team can make informed decisions regarding capacity and growth.
- Build and manage automated dashboards using SQL, Python, and Power BI to track KPIs, perform variance analysis, and communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in analytics, data science, or forecasting, with a proven track record of influencing business decisions through modeling.
- Deep proficiency in SQL for data transformation and Python or R for statistical modeling and automation.
- Strong expertise in Excel and experience building interactive dashboards with Power BI.
- The ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences and a comfort level with working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English.
