As a senior leader in our outpatient department, you will play a vital role in shaping our clinical standards and supporting both our staff and the clients who rely on our care.
What you'll be doing
- You will provide direct clinical services, including conducting intake interviews, performing psychosocial evaluations, and delivering individualized therapy that meets professional standards.
- You will manage the daily operations of the outpatient office, which includes supervising support staff, overseeing hiring and performance evaluations, and ensuring that all team members meet productivity requirements.
- You will act as a community liaison by delivering professional presentations, advocating for mental health resources, and providing expert testimony when requested by the courts.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Criminal Justice. We are looking for a candidate who has significant experience as a therapist, ideally within the mental health sector. You must hold an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) credential and demonstrate a clear commitment to obtaining your Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable working in an on-site capacity to lead our team effectively.
