We are looking for an Ads Specialist; an specialized professional with Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles and graduate degree in related fields (Marketing, Communications, etc).
This person is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and regularly reporting on digital advertising campaigns.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Setup, ongoing optimization, and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns.
- Audience and keyword research, set up of digital campaign, audience targeting and goal tracking, A/B testing, management of ad budgets, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs.
- Dashboard creation, analysis of campaign data and monthly reporting on KPIs, recommendations and strategy monthly.
- Plan, implement, and monitor best-practice SEO strategies by utilizing insights gathered from keyword research, on-page analysis, and technical audits.
- Actively collaborate with other Marketing teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, staying on top of the latest trends in digital advertising and analytics.
- Acquire and maintain technical certifications related to area of expertise.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Graduate degree in marketing or similar fields.
- Exceptional quantitative / analytical skills.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge on Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related platforms.
- Experience with tracking platforms such as Adjust or Apps Flyer.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
- Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently.
- Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions.
- Experience in the gambling industry is a plus.
- Experience or interest in sports is a plus.
