Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Ads Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Colombia. You will need at least three years of relevant experience and a graduate degree in a field like marketing or communications to hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment.
Your impact
- You will take charge of setting up, managing, and optimizing our PPC and digital advertising campaigns to ensure we hit our performance goals.
- You will dive deep into data by creating dashboards, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable monthly reports on key KPIs.
- You will drive our SEO strategy by conducting keyword research, performing technical audits, and collaborating with other marketing teams to keep our initiatives aligned.
What you'll need
- A graduate degree in marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience using tracking platforms like Adjust or Apps Flyer.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the gambling industry or a genuine interest in sports.
