The opportunity
This full-time, on-site role in India is a vital part of our technical team. You will be the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring that every test and personalized experience we launch is seamless and effective. You will work closely with cross-functional groups to assess feasibility and build out the automated reports and dashboards that help our clients understand their success. By leveraging your expertise in the Adobe ecosystem, you will help us deliver sophisticated web optimization strategies that change how users interact with our clients' brands.
A day in the life
- You will configure and administer Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns, ensuring that every technical implementation follows industry best practices.
- You will collaborate with IT, site management, and creative teams to drive the technical execution of testing and personalization, while troubleshooting any integration issues that arise.
- You will partner with our analytics teams to measure the impact of customized site experiences and use real-time data to influence future testing outcomes.
Who you are
We are looking for a mid-level professional who is comfortable working independently and taking initiative. You should have a solid foundation in the following areas:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with A/B testing and site personalization, specifically using the Adobe Target platform.
- Strong technical proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, along with experience using Adobe Launch.
- A deep working knowledge of Adobe Target Recommendations and web service implementation.
- Excellent communication skills in English to partner with various stakeholders.
It is a bonus if you have knowledge of AEM or experience creating technical architectural diagrams and business requirement documents.
