ShyftLabs is looking for an Adobe Target Developer to join our growing team. This position is primarily responsible for delivering complex solutions to customers and being able to work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team, Partner with cross-functional teams to assess technical feasibility to execute marketing tests and personalized experiences, as well as develop analytic dashboards and automated reports for one of our key retail clients.
This role is ideal for someone who takes the initiative, is a self-learner, is resourceful, and can work independently. The work done in this role will implement Adobe Target Web service.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute best practices for technical implementations and provide a strategy to achieve exceptional results using Adobe Target.
Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touch points.
Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns.
Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across customized site experiences.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences.
Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the desired testing strategy.
Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence.
Working knowledge of Adobe Target Recommendations is a must.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years working with A/B testing and site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform.
Working experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to make changes in Adobe Launch for Target-related requirements.
Experience working with Adobe Launch.
Adobe Target Web service implementation experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
AEM Knowledge is an added advantage.
Experience in design-level documentation of BRD, Technical and architectural diagrams.
Ability to use real-time web analytics for monitoring results and optimizing/influencing testing outcomes.
