Adobe Real Time Customer Data Expert at TribalScale

The role

We are seeking a Senior Adobe Real Time Customer Data Expert to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Canada. We are specifically looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in the Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Customer Data Platform to help our clients maximize their investments by building unified customer profiles.

Core responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data pipelines between enterprise systems and Adobe CDP using Adobe APIs and SDKs.
• Develop and maintain XDM schemas to integrate data from diverse sources, including CRM systems, marketing platforms, and data lakes.
• Build and optimize ETL processes to manage both real-time and batch data requirements while ensuring high data quality and reliability.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of direct, hands-on experience with Adobe CDP implementations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, specifically with ETL pipelines and data integration.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex query writing and performance optimization.
• Strong technical expertise with REST APIs, particularly within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• A proven ability to implement data quality monitoring and validation processes.
