We are currently looking for an Adobe Practice Technology Director to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in India. In this leadership role, you will define our technical strategy, drive innovation within the Adobe service line, and ensure our teams deliver high-quality, integrated solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global leadership and regional strategy directors to define and implement a cohesive technology strategy for our Adobe practice.
- Identify and leverage emerging industry trends and cutting-edge solutions to keep our service offerings competitive and innovative.
- Provide expert thought leadership to both internal teams and clients, ensuring our project delivery remains high-quality and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with the Adobe Stack.
- A proven background in technology leadership, ideally within a digital agency environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
