Position Overview:

ShyftLabs is looking for an experienced Adobe AEP Implementation Engineer focused on evaluating the company’s technology solutions to support business operations and processes. You will play a pivotal role in assisting with the overall technical design concept and diagnostic tests to ensure that the features and performance meet the highest quality standards and business requirements.

Role And Responsibilities:

Be a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP

Assess and audit the current state of a client’s marketing technology stack

Strategize, architect and document a scalable RTCDP implementation, tailored to the client’s needs

Lead technical delivery and provide guidance to the Data Engineers

Help implement the proper data governance for the CDP platform

Manages delivery of implementations including (not limited to): manages detailed task plans, effort estimates, and delivery timelines for AEP CDP.

Support and periodically lead consultative engagements with business units and regional marketing stakeholders regarding advanced CDP segmentation, activation, personalization, email campaigns, digital advertisements and new capabilities.

Qualifications:

Must have at least one year of hands-on experience configuring Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP

Perform the Schema creation, ingesting data from a variety of sources

Execute configuration identity resolution, and connecting destinations for activation

Experience with Adobe Launch and implementing AEP WebSDK

At least 2 years of experience architecting and building data pipelines

At least 3 years of experience working in an agency environment and strong consulting skills working closely with clients

Strong understanding of working with APIs

Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or similar

Experience working with data warehouse solutions like Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar

Platform architecture with a focus on data ingress and egress XDM Mix-Ins for data modeling

Preferred Qualification:

Experience with Adobe Target is a plus

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar is a plus

Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
