We are seeking a Senior Administrative Support Coordinator to join our legal, compliance, and risk management team on a part-time basis. You will help advance the 25-year mission of Teach For All, a global network of 64 independent organizations dedicated to expanding educational opportunity for children worldwide.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for legal and compliance tasks, including basic research, document drafting, and maintaining filing systems.
Assist with the preparation, formatting, and tracking of contracts and legal agreements.
Manage trademark registration records, monitor renewal deadlines, and coordinate with external counsel.
Oversee the scheduling of staff training on ethical policies and maintain accurate records of acknowledgments.
Support safety and security initiatives by conducting international safety checks, processing background checks, and managing child safeguarding documentation.
Coordinate with the Global Operations Circle to ensure effective risk management and adherence to organizational standards.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of professional experience, with a track record of supporting senior leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically with spreadsheets and document formatting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and high volumes of work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently across different global time zones.
Current, permanent work authorization in your country of residence.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience or volunteer work within a non-profit organization.
Proficiency in a second language.
Background or interest in international relations, law, or compliance.
